General questions and feedback

Email hello@fixtools.io. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Include a link to the page you are asking about so we can look at the same screen you are on.

Bug reports

Email bugs@fixtools.io with: the URL where the issue happened, what you expected, what actually happened, your browser and OS, and a screenshot if you can grab one. Files never leave your machine when you use our tools, so we cannot reproduce a file-specific issue without seeing the steps that led to it.

Embeds and partnerships

Want to embed a FixTools widget in your blog, course, or documentation site? We publish iframe-based embeds for our top tools. See /embed or email partners@fixtools.io for custom arrangements (no-attribution embeds, white-label, etc.).

Press and trust

FixTools is independently built. Our tools run entirely in your browser, do not upload files to any server, and do not require an account for the free tier. If you want to verify any technical claim before writing about us, email press@fixtools.io and we will share the relevant source pointers.

Where we are not

We do not currently have official social media accounts. Links labeled as such on third-party sites are not ours. If that changes we will list verified profiles here and in the site footer.
