Know what to expect
- One PDF up to 4 MB and 200 pages. Paid passes do not raise these limits. Temporary uploads are deleted after conversion.
- Best for digitally generated tables with clearly aligned columns. Tables are separated by source page; repeated headers are retained.
- Merged cells, wrapped rows, multiple tables side by side and irregular layouts may need manual correction. The full text sheet helps you check for omissions.
- Scanned pages need Make PDF Searchable first. OCR mistakes will carry into the spreadsheet, so check numbers carefully.
- Text mode preserves identifiers and leading zeros. Numeric modes convert plain numbers only; dates, currency symbols and formulas remain text.
