Data Retention: We do not retain file contents, prompts, code, raw search text, or tool inputs after processing is complete unless a feature clearly states otherwise. Consent-based page, click, scroll, engagement, funnel, and tool-usage counters are retained only as aggregates for up to 95 days; anonymous cumulative tool totals may be retained longer. To calculate funnel transitions, FixTools creates a random identifier in session storage for the current browser tab. The server hashes it, retains only temporary funnel state for 30 minutes, and never includes it in long-term analytics or user profiles. With consent, a 30-minute tab attribution record holds an allowlisted traffic-source category and one of four experiment landing pages (all other pages are grouped as “other”). It connects visits to tool starts, successful outputs, errors and download clicks. Raw referrer URLs, search terms, campaign values, filenames and file contents are not included in this record. Performance diagnostics retain only coarse page, device-bucket, metric, and DOM element information, including a rolling window of the latest 200 CLS reports.
