What types of PDF corruption can be repaired?
Our PDF repair tool can fix various types of corruption including damaged file structure, corrupted page data, invalid cross-reference tables, and incomplete PDF streams. For ordinary PDFs, the tool extracts valid pages and rebuilds a clean PDF. Readable standard forms are re-saved with editable fields intact. Signature fields, XFA and forms with actions are blocked. Severely corrupted files where no valid content can be extracted may not be repairable.
